Overses Traders Limited was incorporated in Western Australia under the Companies Act 1893. Archibald William Greaves was the secretary of Oversea Traders Limited. Leslie Lorn MacDougall was appointed the State Company Director and Attorney of the Company. |

Power of attorney is endorsed (in Dutch) with details of its registration by the Dutch authorities in Soerabaia (Indonesia) on 15 October 1932. It includes a notarial certificate. "Parker & Parker, solicitors, Perth" is printed on the back cover of the power of attorney. There are Singapore revenue stamps on some pages of the document. |
