Biography/history
First woman to be appointed to the Board of Trustees of Art Gallery of Western Australia in 1970 served as Chairman from 1976 - 1986. She was a practising artist pieces of work acquired by State galleries. She was an accomplished musician and recorded numerous piano performances for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
