The star shaped building in 312520PD had been a real estate sales office for the Yanchep Sun City Development and was then transported to the Atlantis Marine Park tourist attraction at Two Rocks. After the demise of the Atlantis Marine Park, the building was moved to the Two Rocks Marina and fitted out with radio equipment for Two Rocks Volunteer Sea Rescue Group.
