Summary |
Trooper Richard Baxter Gould was a popular young man and son of Mrs Flora Gould who had been widowed since 1899. Baxter sailed with the 11th Reinforcements of the 10th Light Horse. He survived a serious bout of meningitis in Egypt early in 1916, then transferred to the Imperial Camel Corps. He was with the 13th Company, ICC when he died of wounds in Palestine on 2nd April 1918.
