Biography/history |
The Carrolup Aboriginal Settlement was situated near Katanning, Western Australia. There Florence Rutter discovered children aged 5-14 years who had amazing aptitude for drawing and painting. Their art was exhibited in Perth, England and Holland. When the settlement closed the children were dispersed. |
