Biography/history |
Arrived in W.A. on the "Bremen" in 1911 with his German wife and children. Enlisted in 1896 and served in the Boer War. Discharged in 1908 after 12 years service. Learned hairdressing in South Africa and was a member of the Hairdressing Association on his return to England. Set up a hairdressing business in North Perth, W.A., then in Subiaco. |
