Biography/history Attended University College of London obtained a scholarship and Master of Arts in English in 1938 and due to bleak career prospects, he carried on to do a librarianship course.
Summary Leonard Jolley narrates how he went on to do a course on librarianship after being interested in a collection while working on and off at the Institute of Civil Engineers and doing his Master of Arts in English. He also talks about how he ends up working at the Library at University of Western Australia.
