Embroidered postcards from Western Australian Soldiers in France and Belgium to friends and family at home.
Most of the postcards consist of an embroidered front, a back for writing on and an insert which slipped into the card and had a blank back for writing on and often an embroidered front.

Robert Forrest was killed in action 7 November 1916. BA718/6 was sent from Leslie Caple to Miss Olive Abraham 1st April 1917. BA718/7 was sent from Basil Abraham to his mother Mrs Violet Abraham from France Christmas 1915.
