Biography/history |
Ada Fawcett nee Jackson studied in the Department of Biology, University of Western Australia, completing a Master of Science degree. She wrote natural history articles which were published in The West Australian. She also wrote "Beetles ahoy! : being a series of nature studies specially written for children" which was awarded highly commended Book of the Year Award at the Children's Book Council Book of the Year Awards in 1948. |
