Biography/history The Australian Nursing Federation, W.A. Branch was formed in 1924, an amalgamation of the Royal Victorian Trained Nurses Association, W.A. Branch and the Australian Trained Nurses Association, W.A. Branch. The Royal prefix was added in 1956 and dropped in 1987.
